The programme kicks off when William Elliott hosts the first of five Blokes and a Brew morning gatherings on Thursday 26 February. Over the past three years, around a dozen men have been turning out for a catch-up and a cuppa.
Alison and William Elliott will host a spring evening on Saturday 11 April with details confirmed shortly. For summer, the Cooks' garden will be the venue for the garden party on Sunday 2 August. And following last year's success, there'll be another afternoon cake and tea event hosted by Jacqui and Mervin Straughan, on Saturday 17 October.
The year rounds off with the carol singing and mince pies and mulled wine evening at the home of Caroline and Darren Greenhalgh on Sunday 13 December.
Details of the remaining four Blokes and a Bew events will be circulated nearer the times.
As well as providing an opportunity for some good social fun, some of these events raise much-needed funds for Martin House Children's Hospice at Boston Spa, a charity we've been supporting for many years.
