Success on a plate - another garden party success

The sun beamed and villagers turned out in force for the 2024 charity garden party.

Hosting this year's event were Buck and Kath White with residents hailing it a huge success and complimenting organisers on a glorious range of sandwiches, scones, and snacks.

The £291 raised from the party will go to Martin House children's hospice, Boston Spa.

The next date for villagers to put in their diaries is a games night on 17 October.
